Is it still acceptable for an online survey to look like it was designed in 1993?
We don't believe it is. The surveys we create and build could never be seen as anything but forward thinking and cutting edge .
Let's face it. Would you send out written correspondence to your customers without your logo on?
Would you send a tender, a pitch, a proposal in something that looked amateurish, misleading or of poor quality?
No. We didn't think so.
So why does it seem to be acceptable using an online survey that can't be bespoked to your company? Or that could be construed as a "phishing" mailer or a communication that creates doubt and ambiguity at best in the minds of your contacts, and at worst disappointment and resentment?
Thats why we believe a survey should be created and branded properly. The right questions to understand the right problems and the right strengths, and creatively designed so it gives the recipient a good feel. Using graphics, links, and the true identity of your business just like you would on your own website.
