Generate marketing collateral

The survey process isn't just about finding out what needs fixing and improving, it's also an opportunity to take good news and leverage it.

Think of the amount of marketing formats these days.  Not only do we have printed marketing materials and communications.  We have the web.  Not just your own website, but your community.  Places such as Linked In, Facebook and Twitter amongst others are becoming popular avenues to push messages, news and commentaries.

There's also online and hard copy media where PR comes into play.

All in all, there's a lot of content to be created out there!

Let us ask you something.  What has more weight?  The voice of one, or the voice of many?

Does it sound better sharing with your contacts the sound of your own voice and how good you are, or the combined voice of your clients shouting out how happy they are?

The ability to generate your own news is becoming easier nowadays.  But before you go looking for your next sound bite, think about getting the views of a bigger audience.  That's where the value is.... the weight of group opinion.

And once you've captured that sound bite and the sway of public opinion.  Shout it out loud.
