We don't profess to be HR experts or have depths of knowledge of how to get the most out of a workforce.  What we do know is that canvassing a workforces opinion is vital in the modern world.

We also know there are large arrays of template surveys, some online and some paper based and many (in our eyes at least) seem to over egg things.  They seem to be complex, jargon based and more inclined to use clever new types of methodology rather than actually engage and understand the workforce.

That is the nub isn't it?  Engagement.  So if the employee opinion surveys and feedback processes seem remote, unyielding and as if they've been dictated from the ivory towers of a company.... isn't that going to affect the participants view of their employer negatively and the level of response?

We take a different view to staff based surveys.  We like to design things for the relevant purpose.  For each client.  Designed and delivered the way that will attain the best response rates and therefore give the employer a clear understanding of the issues within their employees.

If we are going to deliver the best possible value to the client, we believe a HR consultancy should be delivering the results to the management in order to drive change and ideas.  It's what we do with our client feedback projects.  That's why we want to work with HR consultancies and training companies to proactively help businesses change and improve how they treat, manage and reward their people.
