Following a snowy meeting in the Midlands, we're delighted to announce we'll be working with Special Metals, a subsidiary of PCC, one of the three largest special alloy manufacturers in the world to deliver an annual customer survey in March 2010.
Having recently installed a new management team who are based in New York and the UK, they are eager to learn from their customers and use that understanding to drive the way they do business.
We're delighted to be working with Special Metals and can't wait to get stuck in and capture the feedback from their customers, customers the calibre of Rolls Royce and Boeing, to help them take their business forward.
It's especially refreshing for a manufacturing business to be taking such a proactive step and use customer feedback to drive continual improvement projects and assist in mapping out sales growth opportunities.
Paul Collins, Managing Director of Clarity stated:
"We're so pleased to be working with Special Metals in this way. It's rare in the manufacturing sector for online feedback to be used in such a way and it highlights not only their forward thinking mentality in a traditional marketplace, but also the flexibility of how we can shape our research and feedback to understand any audience across the world and use that insight for business improvement and change.
We hope this is the start of a long relationship with them and can't wait to roll our sleeves up and show them just what we can do."
